I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I prioritize guiding clients down the path to wholeness through the practices of healing and integrating all parts. I include processing shadow work, healing parental and childhood attachment wounds, ego dissolution, and reprogramming belief systems to become the highest version of self. My approach My therapeutic approach to therapy is eclectic utilizing person-centered, psychoanalytic, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and attachment theory. I believe in treating the person uniquely and there is no one size fits all. My focus I currently work with clients suffering from mild to severe depression, bipolar disorders, adjustment disorder, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, and addictive behaviors. I am comfortable with all of those and open to working with other conditions as well. In my practice also work with psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, harm reduction, and integration. My communication style I strive to create a warm, open, and calm environment for sessions with clients. I hope to show unconditional positive regard and elicit the ability to lean into their own inner healing intelligence. My journey to mental healthcare I am driven by helping others and being of service to others. I am highly empathic, a great listener, and problem solver, these traits attracted me to a career as a therapist. I am driven to grow and learn as much as I can to be effective at helping others achieve growth and purposeful change within their lives. My goals for you I believe in assessing the client in their ability to achieve goals, start small, and build momentum. My first session with you During the first session, I will meet the client where they are at and allow them to feel seen and heard. I will also assess treatment goals and whether we will be a good fit to work towards those goals.
